Background - from +5$ to +80$, depending on the complexity. Simple background is free!
Additional character is +100% of the base price;
Complex details and serious edits (in the render stage) can increase the price;
If you want something that's not on the price list, we can discuss it

I use Lavatop for payment (it accepts cards and Paypal);100% payment after an approved sketch;
Changes in the drawing are free in the sketch stage
